We take a buffer of dispatching the parcels within 2-4 days after the order is placed. At times the order is dispatched immediately too. For Mumbai it takes 2-4 business days to get delivered after dispatch Within India it takes 6-8 business days to be delivered after dispatch Remote locations in India take 8-10 business days after dispatch Out of India orders take different times depending on location

You can simply add products to your cart, make payment then the order will get confirmed, and just wait till it gets delivered to your place.

Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled.

We have a no cancellation policy so an order once placed cannot be cancelled. If the cancellation is urgent we can give you a credit note if the parcel isn’t dispatched. The credit note stands valid for 1 year but a complete refund would not be possible.

Yes, we do ship internationally. The weight and location are the two main criteria for the calculation of delivery charges outside India. You can get in touch with us & we can speak further about same.

During our research phase, before starting the company, we were using binders to test the product. While researching we realized, binders were making the children curious about what was on the next page. As a result, kids were constantly flipping pages and by the time they would flip all pages their concentration would shift from the product to something else (because according to the child they completed this task.)

We provide punch holes on each sheet. One can easily use a box file to store these sheets.

A box file given from the TotCircle end would have to be branded because that is how we would prefer it. But that would mean the cost of the product goes up and so does delivery charges due to an increase in weight and dimensions. Our intention is to make a high-quality product available at a good cost to our customers. Hence we chose to give punched sheets. We may come up with an option of buying the box file separately, so as to provide the end-to-end service while not making it a compulsion for others.

Customization on a daily basis would mean a lot of wastage of resources. We prefer to sell our set packs, but if you want something specific do ask. At times it may just work out. No promises made, depends on availability.

Yes, we customize return gifts, we need at least 25 days prior to confirmation for the same.
